FlexCareers launches Australia and New Zealands first talent community to connect employers with talented people looking to Return to Work

FlexCareers launches Australia and New Zealands first talent community to connect employers with talented people looking to Return to Work FlexCareers is incredibly excited to launch our latest product, further cementing our reputation as Australia and New Zealands most experienced Return to Work partner. As well as a proprietary career Relaunchship program, and strong track-record in supporting employer partners to source, hire and onboard returning to work parents, FlexCareers now has a talent pool of people that are specifically looking for Return to Work opportunities that employers in Australia and New Zealand can access. FlexCareers CEO, Natalie Goldman said: We have been helping parents return to work after an extended career break for over two years now.   Weve invested significantly in our technology this year to add new features, and a Return to Work talent community was the most natural product to add at this time. FlexCareers has around 45,000 job seekers on our database, and weve had a significant number sign up and add their CVs to our Return to Work talent community already.   We are thrilled to be able to reach such a huge market of untapped talent and connect them to employers that can offer a fully supported journey back into a career. But its not limited to returning to work parents.   FlexCareers Head of Marketing Community, Kate Beattie, has consulted with a number of employers to ensure that the technology and product roadmap meets current and future needs, she explains: You might have taken time out to raise a family, or perhaps you hit the pause button on your career to travel the world.   Some of our community have told us that they took a career break to look after elderly family, or recover from illness. Employers are keen to support women to return to work, but there is greater potential too.   For example, we are looking forward to supporting those who dont wish to fully-retire transition into contract, flexible and consulting work. In 2017, you will have seen FlexCareers involved in various Return To Work programs with our employer partners like Deloitte, AECOM, Telstra, Macquarie Group, GHD Engineering and SAP. The stories that were shared by the successful members  of our community were some of our most popular blogs. FlexCareers is already involved in 8 upcoming Return to Work programs for 2018, and we are in discussions about more.
